Welcome to the “This Is Not A Blog” Blog. If you don’t know me yet, my name is Jennifer, but most people call me Jen. I sing and write music (mainly country, but also some Christian and pop), I act and model on the side for fun (and money, let’s be real here lol), and I am a former Miss Arizona and competed in the Miss America competition. I never dreamed of becoming a “blogger” or an “online influencer”, so that’s why I’m calling this a non-blog. I just have a lot to say and I have to condense my thoughts in a little Instagram post, so that’s why I’m starting this — so I can expand a bit more.

I don’t know if anyone will even read this or if it’ll add value to anyone’s life, but I feel called to at least speak from my heart and personal experience in attempt to help anyone going through similar life challenges. Because what’s the point of keeping what worked for me to myself when it may save someone else the drama? 

I don’t know what your spiritual beliefs are, but I love Jesus and have a personal relationship with Him. I will be including God and scripture probably in every single message because it’s what I live by, so if you’re okay with that, I am too! Everyone is welcome here. Also, just so you all know, I promise to never share anything on here (whether words, music, food, clothes, products I use, etc.) that I don’t genuinely love and support. It’s all real over here!

Anyway, please let me know if there’s anything you want me to speak on and I will gladly share my wisdom and expertise (just kidding — but I will share my thoughts to the best of my human knowledge with a sprinkle of Jesus).

God, I pray this non-blog blog will help someone somewhere. I pray that these words are not mine, but Yours. I pray whoever is reading this feels loved and never alone. Thank you for giving me the platform to share the good and bad experiences I’ve lived. I pray that Your light shines through me and onto whoever is reading this.
